From the rink to the clinic, Dr. Andrew Fetterman has dedicated his career to understanding the human body and unlocking its potential for health and performance. His journey began at West Chester University of PA, where he immersed himself in Kinesiology, gaining practical experience as a Personal Trainer and contributing to the strength and conditioning of the Philadelphia Flyers (NHL). This early exposure to the demands of elite athletics shaped his understanding of functional movement and injury prevention.
Driven by a desire to provide comprehensive healthcare, Dr. Fetterman pursued his Doctorate at Palmer College of Chiropractic-Florida. In 2008, he proudly opened Creative Health and Spine in Berwyn, creating a welcoming environment focused on identifying and addressing the root causes of health issues.
Dr. Fetterman’s dedication to helping those in need led him to become board-certified in treating Peripheral Neuropathy. Witnessing the limitations of conventional approaches, he developed a passion for offering effective, non-surgical, and drug-free solutions. To share this knowledge and empower a wider audience, he authored the insightful book, “Reversing Neuropathy: Without Drugs or Surgery,” and launched RebuildDoc.com for treating Neuropathy without drugs or surgery, providing specialized programs and resources nationally.
Recognizing the integral connection between movement and overall well-being, Dr. Fetterman integrated functional fitness into his practice by taking ownership of CrossFit Village Berwyn, which he transformed into FXNL Fitness @ Creative Health and Spine. This allows him to offer a truly holistic approach to health, combining chiropractic care with personalized fitness programs.
Furthermore, Dr. Fetterman is committed to addressing the growing challenge of diabetes through natural methods. His initiative, YourDiabetesDoc.com, provides guidance and support for individuals seeking to reverse diabetes naturally through lifestyle, diet, and support.
Outside of his professional life, Dr. Andy enjoys life in Devon with his wife, Carolina, their daughter, Lulu, son, Leo, and their beloved four-legged family member, Mateo. His life outside the clinic reinforces his understanding of the importance of health and vitality for a fulfilling life.
